Responsibilities and Duties –

  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients. products and services
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
  • Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ services and be able to advise clients
  • Attending Conferences/Seminar/Workshops and networking with people.
  • Assisting the Top Management with necessary inputs with regards to new ideas related to service development and marketing plans
  • Conduct customized Sales presentations/demonstrations
  • Communicate customer concerns, pain points and barriers to closing deals Maintain accurate records of all quotations and activities

Cinematographer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take briefs from clients and internal teams to understand and convey production needs.

  • Review shooting scripts and raw footage to develop a shoot decision list based on project requirements.

  • Trim footage segments and assemble sequences for the final film.

  • Input music, dialogues, graphics, and visual effects as needed.

  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions throughout the video.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.

  • Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices.

  • Create rough cuts and finalize them into polished outputs.

  • Present final products to stakeholders, including brand managers and business heads.

Lead Photographer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Hold a BA in Photography and/or possess 1–2+ years of equivalent experience as a Senior/Lead Photographer.

  • Maintain a strong portfolio in on-figure fashion, wedding, and product photography, demonstrating advanced technical skills and a sharp eye for composition.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Canon Cameras and EF Lenses.

  • Exhibit expertise in studio lighting techniques and setups.

  • Proficient with Mac OS/PC, Capture One Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Light, compose, photograph, crop, and process a variety of editorial work in line with company standards and creative direction.

  • Oversee and maintain proper file and asset management systems.

  • Assist in image review, markup, editing, and approval processes.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to identify and document new image requirements, techniques, standards, and workflows to improve production efficiency.

  • Provide guidance and support to the Photo Team on production schedules and planning.

  • Train and mentor staff and freelance photographers on studio processes and workflows.

  • Support in the execution of in-house creative photoshoots as needed.

  • Ensure consistent lighting and composition across all product photography.

  • Share responsibility for care, upkeep, and maintenance of studio space, photography equipment, and supplies.

  • Take a leadership role in the execution of special projects, including on-site and off-site shoots—flexibility for late nights and weekends is required.
