Responsibilities and Duties –

Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products and services

Generate leads and cold call prospective clients

Meet with clients face to face or over the phone

Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively

Have a good understanding of the businesses’ services and be able to advise clients

Attending Conferences/Seminar/Workshops and networking with people.

Assisting the Top Management with necessary inputs with regards to new ideas related to service development and marketing plans

Conduct customized Sales presentations/demonstrations

Communicate customer concerns, pain points and barriers to closing deals

Maintain accurate records of all quotations and activities

Assists in the development and implementation of sales plans

Problem-solving skills & good interpersonal skills

Very solid communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi – speaking and writing

Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues

Able to handle tough situations independently

Cinematographer

Responsibilities and Duties –

Take the brief from clients and internal teams to grasp and convey the production needs for the current project

Review shooting script and raw material to create a shoot decision list based on the brief and need of the project

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Create rough and final cuts

Be able to present the final product to stakeholders including brand managers and business heads

At least 2 years as work experience as a video editor

Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro)

Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity

Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing

Creative mind and storytelling skills

Degree in film studies, cinematography or related field

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.

Lead Photographer

Responsibilities and Duties –

BA in Photography and/or 1-2 min years of equivalent experience as a Senior/Lead Photographer.

Possess a strong on-figure fashion, wedding & product photography portfolio that demonstrates an advanced skill level and technical abilities as well as a keen eye for composition.

Proficiency with Canon Cameras & EF Lenses.

Proficiency with Studio Lighting.

Proficiency with Mac OS/PC, Capture One Pro & Adobe Photoshop.

Light, compose, photograph, crop and process a wide range of editorial work according to company’s standards and directives.

Maintain and oversee proper file management.

Assist with image review, markup, editing, and approvals.

Work with our Creative Team to identify and document new image requirements, standards, techniques and workflows to improve the efficiencies.

Advise and assist our Photo Team on production and scheduling needs.

Train and mentor Staff & Freelance Photographers on the studio’s established processes and workflows.

Assist in the execution of in-house Creative shoots as needed.

Assist with ensuring the consistency of lighting and composition across all product categories.

Share responsibility for proper care, upkeep, and maintenance of the photo studio workspace, equipment & supplies.

Take a lead role in the execution of special projects as needed both on-site and off-site, late nights and weekends are required.
